Sony Ericsson has their own eco-friendly mobile phone series called GreenHeart. there were no any other eco friendly phone series exists. but Samsung recently announced their newest phone called S7550 Blue Earth. this phone is very special one, because it has a built-in solar panel charger. S7550 Blue Earth has a 3.0 inch capacitive touchscreen and it has an Accelerometer sensor. the internal memory of this phone is 130MB and it supports up to 16GB memory cards. also the main camera of this phone is 3.15MP and S7550 Blue Earth made with eco-friendly materials.
